Reason for Return:

  • Incorrect Product or Size Ordered
  • Product damaged
  • Product does not match description
  • Wrong Product or size shipped

Returns Policy:

  1. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect or incorrect product choice, you may return it with the tags attached, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery, by the same delivery method which the parcel was received. The Goods must NOT have been used.
  2. Exchanges can only be done in a Street Fever store.
  3. If you are returning the Goods via courier service, a delivery fee will be charged. If you choose to return your Goods to a Street Fever store, there will be no delivery fee.
  4. In the case of a damaged or incorrect Goods having been delivered, Street Fever will evaluate the case and issue a refund upon proof of the damaged/incorrect item. A refund will only be done in the original form of payment i.e. Cash for cash or credit for credit into the credit card used on original payment.
  5. If Street Fever concludes that the returned item has been worn or damaged in any way by the customer, it will be returned to the customer at their own cost of service.
  6. When returning goods in-store that were purchased online, the courier amount will not be refunded. i.e. If the shoe was R550 and the customer paid R600 for the courier service, only R550 will be returned to the customer.
  7. You can only exchange your returned item for a different size, not for a different colour or any other item.

  9. Street Fever stores have a six-month defective goods policy. We will either repair or replace the Goods, or refund your money, if:
    1. The Goods were used for its intended purpose;
    2. The Goods must have been cared for according to the instruction manual or the wash/care instruction label (Factory Fault); and
    3. The Goods must not have been maliciously damaged.
